Sure you can, especially if you are paying.

If you are paying for I think you can decide how you want their hair to be.  Or at least give them a guideline (all up, half up, etc)

Yeah, if you’re paying I think it’s fine to have their hair fit the look you are trying to create.

Absolutely. If you’re paying you can decide!

I’m telling my girls their hair has to be in a low bun if it’s below their shoulders (and I’m paying for it!). It doesn’t have to be professionally done though, and several of us are pros and low buns 🙂

definately especially if its complicated and you are paying. if you werent paying i would suggest a style like “half up half down” or “all down” etc.

If you’re paying I’d tend to say yes, but if it is something that they absolutely HATE then I’d try to pick something else.

I’ve been in my share of weddings and honestly, I really haven’t liked being told how my hair needs to be done.  There are some styles that I just don’t like on me and make me feel quite self-conscious, i.e. most up-do’s.  General ‘guidelines’ are alright, but a pre-planned style would kind of tick me off.  (sorry!)

@SLS79…I agree. There are some styles that I don’t think are flattering on me…and that I don’t particularly like. Like you, I don’t mind guidelines, but I would prefer to pick my own style…even if I have to pay for it.
