My Bridesmaid or Best Man are wearing navy blue dresses from J Crew… I told them they can pick whatever style shoes they want as long as they’re the same color. Now some of the girls want to wear nude shoes and others want to wear bronze… do you think these two colors would look okay together or should I insist they all wear the same color still? I really don’t care but the dresses are knee length and my Dear Fiance keeps saying he doesn’t want people to notice their shoes… thoughts?

I can see the nude shoes working, I dont know so much about the bronze… I think it would be cute to have them wear different shoes, just keep them on the same side of the color wheel. How about white??

Depends how much time/effort you wanna spend dealing with this detail. I would just let them wear whatever they want. It’s probably not a big deal and it would probably even look good to have some variety in shoe shots.
However, if I have to make them wear the same color, I would probably go with black. It’s the easiest and conservative & least noticeable (if that’s what ur Fiance want). It’s hard to say anything about nude/bronze ‘cuz those aren’t exactly the colors that first come to my mind when I want something to match navy blue. Are those in your wedding colors? You have pics of ur girl(s) wearing the dress AND wearing the shoes?

No black! Not with navy. I think nude and bronze would both look good with navy, and good together. I say bronze or silver. When in doubt, a metallic heel is always the answer.

I think they would look fine together. No one is really going to be looking at the bridesmaids shoes, and I think the colors are close enough together (minus the metallic sheen) that it wouldn’t stand out at all.

My bridesmaids are wearnig navy blue as well. One is wearing silver and one is wearing bronze colored shoes. There are so many stylish metallics out there. And nude is the in color for shoes now.
I echo what pren79 said, do you want to spend your energy worrying about this detail? No one will even notice their shoes. And it may be a small way for them to express their style.
Good luck 🙂

No one is going to notice your BMs’ feet. I told mine they could wear whatever neutral color they wanted with their chocolate brown dresses – brown, bronze, silver, etc. I just requested no white.
