Just wondering..has anyone tried Bob Harper’s workout DVDs? I just bought his workout “Inside Out Method, Cardio”, and I’ll tell ya, it kicked my butt. I usually do the Shred and for some reason thought Bob’s workout would be easier, but I had to stop halfway because it was so tough!
So has anyone tried this? If so, have you seen any results from it?

I have the pure burn super strength. As far as shoulder/triceps work goes, I think it is a little more challenging than Jillian and so I plan to use it in the future, but in pure burn, his core work doesn’t come close to Jillian’s core work.
Based on the one Bob video I have (so obviously, this should be taken with a big grain of salt), I still like Jillian’s videos better because 1. she is more structured, which I prefer, while he flows/evolves his sequences, and 2. his helpers really annoy me.
