Body acne help

I had this for a long time. What I ended up doing unintentionally was that when I have just had the shower and I am still in the tub, I would rub cold-pressed organic coconut oil ALL OVER my body. Make note… while I was STILL DRIPPING WET. So, then I’d wrap a towel around me gently and come out. I did not dry myself with the towel. The oil rubbing would remove a lot of the water and then the towel would soak up whatever else. Then I’d simply drop the towel and end up air drying as I walk around getting my stuff ready. In approximately 2 weeks, I was clear!

The reason I had actually started this regiment was because I felt that I need to moisturize more and also have softer skin. Well that did happen but losing the acne was a welcome bonus!

Secondly, I ended up using tulle to create some fake ‘shoulder straps’. Just put tulle around my neck, brought it under my arms and, tied it behind in my back in a gorgeous bow. The reason I had to do this was because the church had a rule against ‘no strappy dresses’. But this makeshift strap ended up doing double duty by covering most of my back. I also had a longer veil.

Try not to put make up or anything else there on the entire back. Just try to do spot treatments through your make up artist on the worst looking acne. You don’t want to muck up your entire back in foundation!

I had/have lot of acne on my face too which I am able to keep completely clear due to a strict regiment I follow. I am in my mid 30s and sadly this sh*tty teenage problem is hanging on to me for dear life. Ugh.

sexymama118 :  this is what I use too and I love it. I have bacne and I bought a low back dress … this product helps. Another suggestion is to put a medium sized towel over your back while you shampoo and condition your hair in the shower. So that the conditioner doesn’t drip down all over your back. Hair conditioner has many ingredients that may be acne causing so that could be exacerbated your bacne.

Do you have long hair? I recently read something that said the conditioner in your hair sometimes doesn’t get fully washed off your back in the shower and can cause acne.  Maybe give your back an extra scrub after you wash out your conditioner.  Can’t hurt… good luck.
