I just tried on my swimsuit and I’m totally depressed. I don’t feel confident at all! I’m not overweight, I have always exercised regularly, but I think poor dietary choices have finally caught up with me at age 33 and I don’t think I look fit at all.
What can I do in the 4 weeks I have left to look at little more svelte? Is it too late? Appreciate any tips related to food/ workouts…

You should try cutting out all candy, soda, junk food. Also cutting down on your salt and upping your water intake. If you want to count calories, you might be able to make a dent. You can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week usually.

Cut back on your sodium intake (and processed foods) and drink lots of water, that should help any extra “bloat” you may have.
Do you have access to a pool? Swimming laps every day will help give you a more toned look.
You also have time for (most) of the 30 day shred if you start it now!
