My yoga studio owner has this “special” going on right now to try the Body By Vi shakes (she has lost a TON of weight) and if you do so (for a cool $300), you get about $150 in hot yoga classes free. Technically, since I will buy a yoga package anyway each month, that makes the shakes net/net about $150. Soooo, expensive, but not outside of the realm…But I wanted to see if any of you have any experience with this program?
The yoga studio owner swears it works in the belly first…I’ve gained about 5 lbs on fertility drugs lately (they are so gross!) and I want to lose my belly hormone pudge:)

I had a local promoter blowing up my cell phone wanting to market this to my customers so I finally went to the website to check it out. The package says the product is manufactured in a facility that also produces wheat products. I have celiac disease so I CANNOT eat anything that may have the tiniest bit of wheat in it. The protein in wheat damages my intestines. So, I politely told her I cannot use the products and don’t feel comfortable pushing products on my customers if I cannot use them myself. This woman tells me she talked to the head nutritionist and the label is on there because of some law and it is no big deal and I should use the products anyway since it is safe. Um, that law??? The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004. It is kinda is a big deal. I was shocked the nutritionist of a “nutrition” company had such a low regard to food allergies and the damage that can happen to people if they eat their trigger food. I let the promoter know I would love to educate the head nutritionist on celiac disease – never heard back from her…

I’ve heard great things about body by vi. I used to work at a gym, and I know a lot of people in the fitness industry that swear by it. I tried it for a few days awhile back, but personally I have a hard time substituting shakes for meals. Maybe I would have done better if I used the flavor packets, but I’m not sure. Just couldn’t stick it out long enough to see any results

Thanks everyone! I got mine today and had my first shake for dinner and it was really good! I got 10 free hot yoga classes ($130 value) and I bought a 90 day supply of shakes and it was only $99! I had the price wrong:( I got confused on the website…So I’ll post back and let everyone know! They are definitely way better tasting than the protein shakes my husband buys from GNC. They taste less “fake” protein-like!

I have been on Body By Vi for about 5-6 months now, and I love it. I havent really lost much weight (even though I will admit that I do occaisonly eat bad). Since I have joined body by vi I have soo much more energy, and not to mention the shakes are delicious (especially the peanut butter one), and I find they fit in my schedule, since they are so fast to make. I would definitly recommend it, BUT I honestly dont think you loose as much weight as the company claims you will.
