I just wanted to start a forum to discuss body positive things you do each and every day to remind yourself you are loved just the way you are! This isn’t about fad diets – this is about easy, everyday lifestyle habits you have that just make you feel great, strong, and healthy! Do you go for walks on the weekend, or make a smoothie for breakfast? With summer coming, I have been coming out of my midwestern cold funk and getting back into a regular exercise routine (without cheats!) and am able to eat local produce which I love. But with that comes ice cream and happy hour. In the past I’d really harp on myself when I got that scoop on the weekend but lately something has just clicked and I don’t stress as much anymore. I am becoming happy, and feeling strong, and don’t really care about the cellulite bumps on my legs.
Yay for feeling good in our own skin 🙂
