My dad bought this thing for the both of us last year.  I thought it was a lot of money!  But I gave it a shot.  It was very hard to maintain.  Basically it’s very small amounts of food several times a day.  And based on your body type, it would tell you what to eat.  My meals were always 2 oz of lean protein with veggies.  Based on what I could eat, i was estimating that I was averaging 900-1000 calories a day.  I couldn’t maintain this diet so i stopped.  Now I count calories and exercise.  That seems to be working for me!  Slowly but I can maintain this.

I’m an E (Ecto-Endo). Most of the statements didn’t apply to me, either, though I used to be told I was way too thin. Even though my BMI has increased over the years (24.5 instead of the 18-19 it used to be), I don’t think I look overweight–just curvier than I used to (which is a good thing, because I was way too thin before).

I got B. That makes me happy since I’ve recently started to be MUCH more active and I’m trying to pay attention to what I eat. A few weeks ago, when Girl Scouts were in season, I could NOT stop eating sweets but now it’s better.

Time for my high-protein breakfast. 🙂

Neat quiz. I’m a type C.  I’ve read up on this diet, and I think it would work, but far too restrictive for me.  I at least need salt.

As a Body Type C, your body builds and maintains lean muscle easily, which is good because muscle burns fat. Additionally, your metabolism is not as sluggish as several of the other body types – unfortunately, it is still not fast enough to keep you lean. The rate of your metabolism is the primary consideration in how your body gains or loses weight. The good news is: As a Type C, since you have plenty of muscle tissue to help you burn fat fast, once you use your custom eating plan to speed up your overall metabolic rate, you should see results extremely fast and have little trouble keeping the weight off after the program is done.

@7SEVENJ9: HAHA, do they ALL say that thing about metabolism not being enough to keep you lean? Mine said that, too. If they all do, then it’s def. a BS phrase used for marketing. 😉

I’m also a C.  I’ve NEVER been called too thin (except for maybe once in my life at one point).  I have been called muscular and athletic looking a lot.

I’m a B. Which seems to be accurate. I’m going to check out the library. I just started doing the insanity work outs and a good diet would help. I struggle to eat enough food through out the day and I know that’s one of my biggest issues. I just eat a huge dinner and that’s it.

I’m B – which I think is true!
