I’ve done the body wrap and it does work. I would suggest leaving it on for more than 45mins to get the best results. I left mine on for about 5 hrs. You have to make sure you drink plenty of water while wearing it and after so the toxins can be flushed from your system. I saw a noticeable difference about 2 days afterwards. Some ppl may need more than one wrap, but they do work on any part of your body.

@LilyWestCoast:  Thank you and to you as well! I did bikram yoga when I was trying to loose weight and it flushed out all the toxins and I lost inches very quickly. It’s also very relaxing! Maybe try that too?

Yes, as long as you continue as sensible diet. Not going back to a bunch of junk food, soda, etc. You can use the wraps from your face down to your legs if you want to. I wish they had a full body wrap lol, but they dont.

@LilyWestCoast:  It’s amazing. I lost a ton of weight from doing it. I swear by it.

@LilyWestCoast:  When I was in my early 20s, my best friend got 2 free ones for me when she signed up. We both lost inches, but I was pretty thin back then & I worked out a lot. She was a little bigger. It was really obvious on me, like I went from a having pretty flat abs to being able to see a 6 pack! She measured more inches lost, but couldn’t really see the difference on her own body. They said something about it working better when your muscle to fat ratio is high.

So I guess what I’m saying is if you’re just wanting to lose a few inches or youre at a weight where just a few pounds would make a difference, it could work great! But I wouldn’t necessarily spend the money if you’re hoping for bigger results.

I hope that helps!!

I am a consultant for ItWorks, it is something that lasts for about 3 weeks, generally people redo them over and over and the more you have done the greater the results. They can keep working for 72 hours so do it about 5 days before your wedding if you do. I am going to wrap the heck out of myself before mine! But like mentioned before, you have to drink lots of water. If you don’t you will be wasting your money. Good Luck!
