I was just on their website! I am going to the gym in a little bit for a kick boxing class and will be doing the fit test beforehand. The workouts on that site are intense! Glad you started this thread cause I was going to start one πŸ™‚

I’ve done a few bodyrock workouts. I puked. And then needed like a week to recover. Awesome though.

I might have to look into this – Darling Husband just joined the gym and I’ve just been doing the work outs on Dance Central for Kinect – this seems like a better workout.

Is anyone doing before and after shots?

@longdistanceco_ca …we are so spoiled with the weather out here. Although is has been colder than usually so when it is 70 outside people are complainng that it is too hot haha. I think I did pretty well on the fit test…waiting for them to post the workout for today πŸ™‚

I love Bodyrock!  My ipad has difficulty streaming the new stuff, but the old stuff on YouTube is good enough for me.  Challenge Accepted.  πŸ™‚

Well, I did day 2 this morning (fitness test last night) and I thought I was good… then I briefly thought I was going to puke :P. I’m moderately in shape but nothing like the bodyrockers, so I did some modifications to make things slightly easier (or more pleasant for my downstairs neighbors… high jumps anybody?). So glad to have been turned on to this challenge!
