If you want to cover your tattoos, I think finding a bolero that has 3/4 length sleees or longer, a thin lace one would look really classy. You could then take it off for the reception since I don’t they they need to be covered for the whole thing. You could even do a long veil that drapes around your head and shoulders instrad of just straight back. Only if you’re ok with them showing a little throguh the material.

I thought about covering mine because the inside wasn’t done (still isn’t, saddly), but ultimately I decided to let it show because it’s a part of me and I’m in love with it 🙂

So I just tried on dresses this afternoon and I think I’m saying I yes to the dress! (We scheduled a come back appt for next Sunday). I was supposed to just be looking but dress #6 was THE one. It looks NOTHING like anything I thought I would like and it’s not blush. It’s a dress I had seen around the internet a bunch of times, and while I thought it was pretty, it never wow’ed me enough to want to try it on. I walked out of the dressing room and it was insta-tears. My whole entourage was bawling too. The funny thing is, I didn’t even notice my tattoo’s! I thought they would take away from me or the dress but I really didn’t feel like did. I almost forgot I had them! My phone is on the charger but I’ll post pics in a sec. Not sure if I even want a cover anymore!

I have a similar issue. While I love my tattoos, I just didn’t want all of them to show in my wedding photos. So I went the sparkle route 😉 Plus, it’s a fun bolt of color for a casual outdoor event.

Show those tattoos off! =) Some of my tattoos showed, all my back tats and my shoulder piece! I also have some tattoos on my forearms. Everyone who knows me- just knows they are a part of what makes me ME! Also I had recently gotten my shoulder piece and it is a stained glass piece from the ceiling of my church, so I wanted that to show. Even stood on the “wrong” side during the wedding so it would show in pictures! Happy planning!
