Hi there I just bought two boleros off of Etsy.  that site has all things hand made. I got a lace bolero from the seller Rohm for $149.  She takes your measurements and evertying.  The other one I bought was from the seller Bonzie for $55.  Check it out its a pretty cool site.  I’m totally addicted to it now.  I’m also getting a custom made ring pillow and birdcage veil.

Bridal shops have designer ones for around $400, which was WAY more than I wanted to spend. I special ordered some nice silk from Joann Fabrics and brought it to my seamstress. She is going to make it for me for $200. You could try that, or maybe try calling any bridal boutiques and ask if they have any sample boleros that they are selling.
