Do you have a good relationship with your GP? You wouldn’t be the first bride to ask that the foot be injected with local anaesthetic.

You could also try to see a podiatrist.

Most treatment for heel spurs is more long term, involving stretching, ultrasound,arch supports etc.

I would get in to see a Podiatrist ASAP.  Who know’s what solution they may come up with but that’s probably your best bet.  If that isn’t possible, I would find inserts for the shoes that might lessen the pain.  Good luck!  Hope you feel better!

Cortisone injection!! Hurts for 48 hours and then blissfull weeks-months in beautiful heels. I have broken bone in my foot that can’t be surgically repaired and that’s how I’ve gotten through the last 4 years.
