So last friday I had a sharp pain in my right foot and could barely walk. Went thru the weekend like that then monday went to dr. Found out I have a bone spur that hurts part of my heel thru my arch. I can barely walk and have been driving with my left foot to rest it. I keep getting sharp pains up my leg too from time to time. Anyone who prays please do so.
Ladies, my wedding is Saturday and I have 2 1/4″ shoes to wear…pray I can do it! I might be limping down the isle…but I’m wearing those shoes!!! They are great looking and they were my 4th pair I finally fell in love with…So I have to wear them!

Do you have a good relationship with your GP? You wouldn’t be the first bride to ask that the foot be injected with local anaesthetic.
You could also try to see a podiatrist.
Most treatment for heel spurs is more long term, involving stretching, ultrasound, arch supports etc.

I would get in to see a Podiatrist ASAP. Who know’s what solution they may come up with but that’s probably your best bet. If that isn’t possible, I would find inserts for the shoes that might lessen the pain. Good luck! Hope you feel better!

Cortisone injection!! Hurts for 48 hours and then blissfull weeks-months in beautiful heels. I have broken bone in my foot that can’t be surgically repaired and that’s how I’ve gotten through the last 4 years.
