So hubby and I have decided on when we will TTC. We weighed our ages(we’re both in our early 30s)and the fact that we want to enjoy being married for a bit first and I will be going off BC around this time next year.
Unfortunately i am so broody is crazy. I’m constantly lurking on baby/pregnacy forums and almost swoon when we see babies in the mall 🙂
I’m looking for some reading material to keep me busy. Not too heavy, with humor, centering around pregnancy specifically and possibly motherhood.
Random I know.
Hope to hear from you all.

Belly Laughs by Jenny Mcarthy

The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy was good for a laugh. I also liked The Baby Book by Dr. Sears.

Not particularly humour based but entertaining and enlightening

I hear Expecting Better by Emily Osler is great. I want it to be my first pregnancy book i read. It dispells a lot of myths and instead of freaking you out teaches you to chill out!

Shopoholic and Baby and Mini Shopoholic by Sophie Kinsella are fun fictional stories.
The whole series is light-hearted and funny, and I would start at the beginning, but if you don’t, you will still be able to follow the story.

Bringing UP Bebe is great! About how France raises kids differently than America.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Can’t wait to hold of these. I love reading but my usual fantasy based choices didn’t really give me many options in my new field of interest. 🙂
