Sorry, mystery is my genre/forte. For romance, um, I prefer more regency and stuff like that *hangs head in shame* I did read one of those chick flicky books on a plane from my neighbor. It was in the ‘Spa girls’ series. I don’t remember the author. It wasn’t bad….actually, it wasn’t that good either. Scratch that.

The Other Boelyn Girl by Philippa Gregory – Also by her, The White Queen, and The Queen’s Fool (if you’re into period romance-ish novels).

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo books were amazing, but definitely not romance novels.  I still recommend them because I could not put them down!

Personally, I’m a big Neil Gaiman fan. His books are very colorful and funny, with a kind of poetry that weaves into a person.

The only romance books I ever liked were the Twilight series! hehe

My Future Mother-In-Law likes Nora Robers and she also likes Kristin Hannah.  Maybe you should give her a try.

@Sunshine23:  Have you tried Nora’s other books – JD Robb?  I absolutely LOVE the “in death” series.  I have every single book.  Literally.  The next one comes out in February and I have it preordered.  They are easy reads and a lot of fun.  I also recently started the Sherrilyn Knight series.

The series by Emily Giffin… First one is “Something Borrowed”. I just read it and loved it! “Something Blue” is next on my list!
