So after a lot of BC/cyst drama lately, I decided to get this book, after reading a lot about it on here. I picked it up yesterday and I have a basal thermometer on its way in the mail. I heard so many good things about it that Fiance and I decided that we can use this as a more natural way of birth control after our wedding (don’t want to chance anything before then!!).
Are any of you currently using this book, or have in the past? Am looking for a few Bees to contact if I ever have questions. I started reading a little last night but it will take me a while, since I don’t want to miss anything!

I’ve read this book and I found it really fascinating! I haven’t started temping since our wedding isn’t until September (want to be a bit more careful until then) but I’ve been tracking cervical fluid, O pains etc. It all makes so much sense! And I can now reliably know when my period is coming depending on when I think I ovulate, I’m not worried about being “late” if my cycle is a bit longer since I know if I ovulate late.

@QBbride: I’m not going to start temping/relying on this method until June, but I’m doing practice charts until then so I know what I’m doing once I get my BC implant out in May. I’ve only made it a little bit through the 1st chapter and I’ve been sneaking peeks at other parts of the book and it all makes total sense. I feel like I’ve been missing out on so much for so long!
