@redsmarties:  Making Babies is pretty good. I read some of the PCOS specific ones, but wasn’t overly impressed.

“The Fertility Diet” and “Get The Sugar Out” were both very helpful, as was “Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition.”

I tried to read Fertility, Cycles, & Nutrition by Marilyn Shannon. There was a great section on PCOS as well as other topics such as PMS, Menopause, etc. Now I say tried to read it because I’m horrible at reading. I just can’t get into it. I read the reviews before I bought it and the reviews were amzing. She also listed certain foods to stay clear of and some to get more of with PCOS.

@bunny:  I’ve seen a lot of others post about the Making Babies book, is it easy to follow?

I will have to say the Fertility, Cycles, & Nutrition to me, wasn’t too easy to follow. I think that’s why I had a hard time reading it.

@Yellow.Clover:  Yeah, “Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition” isn’t laid out the best–took me a few attempts to really get through it–but has good info.

@peaches13:  Yes, I think I’m going to attempt to go back through it again, of course skipping some of the unnecessary topics. At least now my TTC knowledge is a little more in-depth thanks to all the wonderful ladies here, so maybe it might be a little easier to read now that I can really relate to it.

@Yellow.Clover:  Do you have the latest edition?  I think I tried to read an old edition way back when, and the newest (fourth) was a bit easier.

@peaches13:  Yes, I’m pretty sure it’s the 4th ed. I got it about 8 months ago, bought it new. Too me it seemed like she jumped around way too much.
