I don’t have any miracle tips, but once you get started and start to see a bit of results, that can be really motivating.  Like you don’t want to mess up what you’ve got going.  Start with cutting out the sodas and fast food, and do some workouts a couple times a week that make you feel good and that you enjoy.  If you don’t enjoy doing it, you won’t keep it up.  I love Mari Winsor Pilates and I have done Billy’s Boot Camp.  I also do yoga from time to time and sometimes attempt to run (it’s pretty pathetic).  Just mix it up, and eventually you’ll find something you love!  Once you start working out, it will be easier to change your diet.  Just take it one step at a time and don’t try to change everything at once.  Good luck!
