I went dress shopping with my Future Mother-In-Law this weekend *sigh*. I didn’t have a bad time were her at all, it was a lot of fun….I just wish my fat had stayed home 😉
On the 3 hour ride home I decided to try again in June when the new line of dresses comes out at David’s Bridal. Until then I am cracking the whip on my flabby butt. I have been flirting with the idea of getting into better shape, I lose 5lbs, gain 3, lose two more then I am back where I started. I moved in May of last year and left behind my job as a CNA (very active) and got a job as a Nanny (not so active) I play with the kids, but i certainly do not run the length of the hospital 50 times a night anymore. Same diet+less activity=25lbs heavier in one year. I would like to lose 40lbs by my wedding. I am going to cut out soda and fast food. I know this will be the best help for losing weight….and getting out and burning more calories…..I really really want to keep motivated but I have a horrible lack of will-power. Any suggestions on ways to stay motivated? How did you lose weight before your wedding?
