(Closed) Bootcamp- anyone do it? How well does it work?

I go to bootcamp once a week, but I do it for the health benefits of exercises not for weight loss so I can’t comment on that part. Since I don’t measure myself regularly.

I personally love bootcamp. It’s a great way to get a lot of intense cardio in and full body weight training in as well.
