(Closed) Bootcamp?!? – outdoors – should I try it?

    Let me begin by saying that I am just like you. I hate the outdoors. My idea of early is 10am and I haaate cold weather. But I love my boot camp!  The trainer really mixes it up so you don’t get bored and I actually have gotten results (lost about 20lbs so far) I now get up at 430am for my 530 class and it is so worth it. I am motivated to go because seriously I get a good feeling after going. I now enjoy working out and I havent’ noticed the cold weather at all because I get so warmed up.  The first week for me was the hardest but I have never looked back. i say go for it!

    Boot camps are great!! Especially if you don’t like working out. For me, being outdoors makes me forget I’m exercising, so I have always loved them. It’s something new every time, and they’re fun enough it feels more like playing (OK, playing really hard), than working out with a trainer. I say try it and see. I am an outdoorsy person, so I might not be the best person to persuade you, though!
