Andover Country Club might fit the bill.  Beautiful outdoor space, rooms on site at a reasonable rate.

Hey there! Im not much help but I was on the same boat as you but with about a 75 person guest list… we didn’t seem to find anything we loved in our budget. We ended up moving the wedding out of state (Vermont) for many reasons that also include not being able to afford Boston. Are you opposed to dinner receptions? If not, you can get a permit for a nice park for ceremony and book space at a restaurant for everyone to go to afterward. I believe there are also some bigger campgrounds that allow weddings too if that’s something you’re interested in. Oh! And there’s the Rock port Art Association up north that looks really nice. We didn’t get to check it out before we made our decision but it’s worth a shot. Good luck!

Check out Salvatore’s in Lawrence, MA. It’s an Italian restaurant and function facility. They have a few different rooms and they are gorgeous. Exposed brick, new modern chairs, big deck that overlooks the river, etc. I’ve been to a wedding there where they did the ceremony out on the deck (it’s big enough) and the reception inside. Food is amazing! We’re having our ceremony somewhere else but having our reception there for about 100 people. We’re spending less than $10K including DJ and photog.
