Does your Fiance know how you feel and what does he want?

Wow this seems like a really tough situation, I am sorry you are going through this. I would suggest talking to your Fiance. He needs to know how you feel and maybe he can talk with some people in his family that you feel are disrespecting you. This should be the happiest time of your life, we are always here for ideas and just if you need to vent :o) What does your Fiance want to do? Does he know his family is mean to you or is it something you feel but have never expressed?

@JamieLeigh85:  I understand always dreaming of your wedding – but it doesn’t mean that a destination wedding won’t fulfill those dreams. It will just look different than whatever you pictured in your head.  Do some thinking about what it is about those wedding dreams that make it important and include those elements in your planning.  It sounds like your Fiance is on the right track with it… maybe find a wedding package at whatever destination you choose.  One that will take care of the logistical details and your job is to enjoy the experience and the day with your new husband!

*hugs* How about a destination wedding.  Those are small anyways! Then you only have to invite a small portion of his family, and your closest family and friends.
