Does anyone know how much these prints run once the session is over? I love Laurie Peacock and Olivia Leigh’s work, and would love to go through one of them, but money is an issue – I don’t want to go through the shoot and not have the money to buy the prints!

Oh, also, any suggestions as to how many outfits to bring and what kind? What about jewelry and shoes? Is pro makeup a must?

I’m hoping to surprise Fiance with this for his birthday – he will love it, but not sure how I’m going to figure all this out without him realizing it! I would LOVE to go for a classy, vintage-y look, but don’t want to spend a fortune and don’t have that many accessories/outfits that I think will work.

Laurie Peacock does a lot of boudoir weekends where for a certain sitting fee (I think around $500, although don’t quote me on that), she includes the shoot, an album, a makeup artist, she rents a hotel room to shoot in (added bonus!!), and then you can book additional prints. Laurie was my wedding photographer and one of the things she stressed with us is how she keeps her print prices low…

I actually did my boudoir shoot with Olivia Leigh (absolutely no reason I didn’t use Laurie, I just love both photographers!), and she was also doing a special boudoir weekend. Just glancing back at the pricing she shared back in February, her print prices are a bit higher than Laurie’s, as were her albums.

With that said, you shoud just contact both photographers! That’s the best way to find out not only what their current pricing is, but if they have any specials coming up anytime soon. They’re both lovely and awesome to work with!

My only regret is that I didn’t have more outfits with me for my shoot! I kind of did mine on a whim, and only brought two options…I’d say have some fun and bring a lot of variety!

@Stiletto – Thank you! I will contact them both. What kind of outfits do you wish you had brought? I found a cute slip that I want to bring, and have a vintage dress, but am at a loss for what else would look lovely.

Try bringin in his shirt. Some sexy corsets. Lingerie. Etc. My photographer is parntered with some local store in the burbs, so you’d get a discount. I got something like 15% off my total purchase, which helped me pay for the book. Sweet! Check it out. Look up endless boudoir in google, they have a great listening for “what to bring” — it saved my butt!
