I’m not comfortable being naked/semi naked in front of anyone but Fiance, so when I get to my goal wieght in 20 lbs (and counting) I’m going to try DIY boudoir myself.

Here’s a link to a good blog post about Iphone boudoir:

I have a fujifilm s700 and bought a tabletop tripod, so I’m going to use that instead.

diy my dear, i do it all the time! google images of it and just try and mimick the poses your comfy with for now (or that u can manage by yourself) and just play with your camera and find your angles. and if your good with a friend doing them go for it, it would be fun! good luck!

good boudior doesn’t have to do with weight, i was 230 when I did mine and they turned out fabulous. If you are uncomfortable based on a modesty thing go for it, but from my experience the professionals made it much better and I forgot all about it!

I have an old post with a link to one of my more appropriate photos if you want some confidence builder!

I’ve posted this before in other threads but in case you haven’t seen them, here it is again.  🙂   I was 215lbs, size 16/18 in these pics.  A friend of mine is a photographer and needed boudoir models and I am so happy I had her do them for me!  Seriously, I think you should look around for a female photographer who knows what she is doing and who you feel comfortable with- her experience and professionalism will make all the difference in the end result, you won’t regret it!  🙂

And a link to her blog for some more pics:

@Something Sparkly:  You look great!  I’m about the same size and feel awkward about boudoir photos like the op.  Good to see it’s not just for the super skinny!
