These seem like fun but until Bee, I’ve never heard of them (i’m a noob, i know). So would someone like to explain what exactly they are, why and when? It’s a gift to the groom, correct?
i feel like such a nerd!

Yes, it’s a gift to the groom. They are pictures of you usually in sexy lingerie posing provocatively for your man. Some girls get them as a reminder of how hot they look from all the exercising they are doing!

You’re so not a nerd 🙂 I didn’t know what they were either until I saw it on here.

I didn’t know either.
Can’t imagine doing them with someone else than my husband behind the camera though…

Thanks MissRoot for assuring me. 🙂
They look like fun, I think I’ll do them. I’m with you Egb, it could be kind of awkward with someone else behind the camera. I would be alright with my sister doing it, tho!

I didn’t know what they were until WeddingBee, either. I think I’d be fine with a female photographer as long as I was comfortable with her – I’m considering using the photographer we have shoot our E photos.

If you’re one of those people that don’t fancy the idea of using a pro-photographer for boudoir shots, you could do them yourself or with the help of a close friend.
There is a lot you can do with a basic camera and ordinary household lighting.
Anyway, I hope its useful to some – and if you have any thoughts/questions let me know.

I am in the process of doing my DIY boudoir photo shoot! I also didn’t know what it was until I saw it on here! I thought it would be something fun to do, but I didn’t have anyone to take the pictures so I tried it myself and they are actually turning out really well! I can’t wait to put the whole book together and give it to him!

I was nervous to have mine done, but It was so much fun! I did them with my friend, Lorna who worked with me and took pictures as a hobby. She also did our e-pics. I strongly suggest you do them if you can find the right person!
