Ugh so I don’t know what to do guys! I purchased a VW veil from someone on wedding bee. Her wedding was on 9/15 but she had a post in August regarding the sale of the veil after her wedding. It was a good price so I went for it and bought it from her through PayPal. I sent her the money the same day(August 21st) and she said she would send the veil after she returns from her honeymoon on Sept.24th. Soooo it’s October 11th and no veil. I emailed her twice and no response. I just don’t know what to do :(. I tried filing a complaint with PayPal and the response I got from PayPal was pretty much that they can’t do anything for me so I’m out $65. I hope that nothing happened to this chick but I feel like I got screwed. Anyone know what else I can do? Any suggestions are really appreciated!

@pomaggs: I’m surprised PayPal doesn’t offer any protection from something like this from happening. Can you dispute the charge with the bank that you used?

Was it a bride that is currently on the bee now? Maybe another bride can help you track her down. Sorry that happen to you.

@Lacelibs-I was surprised as well with PayPal but you bring up a good point, I will try to open a case with the credit card I used to pay through PayPal and see if I can dispute with them
@KevinsWife- I’m not sure how to find her on wedding bee, I think I remember her user name but don’t know where to go to find her

Was it a classified ad? Can you look through the old ads? I don’t know if it would have been removed or not! 🙁

If you think you remember her username, type it into the search bar.
Or check your profile inbox to read your old sent messages. Or your post history, if you commented on her advertisement.

Paypal will refund for an item that was never sent, I’ve filed a claim before for a DVD I ordered that never arrived. It took about a month but I was fully refunded. You should try again!

Paypal should have helped you out more. Has it been over the time they cover it? Try to track her down, it’s not fair that she did this. Dispute with the credit card company.
