Went up to Oneonta yesterday morning with Fiance and only Fiance (really happy I decided to just bring him along). We had three appointments. Very surprised there are three bridal salons in Oneonta. Anyway. I tried on 8 gowns at the first appointment, narrowed it down, and ended up falling in love with the very first one I tried on.We ended up canceling the other two appointments.
I was sooo happy with my attendant. I had delayed the dress buying because I had such a bad experience when I tried on 2 dresses at DB (the attendant was rude to me and my girls and gave away my dressing room). This attendant was awesome, warm and made me feel so comfortable. I told her a few things I liked, and she told me she had the perfect dress for me, and boy was she right. I really recommend Rainbow’s End Bridal Salon in Oneonta to any brides in this area still looking! We drove an hour and twenty minutes and it was so worth it!
They did have a policy where you’re not allowed to photograph the dress until after you’ve bought it, and since we bought the dress after I tried it on, I only have the stock picture.
Here it is, Mori Lee 1612. I tried it on in Ivory and ordered it in Ivory. Very tempted to go with the Ivory over Champagne, but since my honoraries are wearing champagne lace, I wanted to make sure I stood out.
I may have a corset put on the back because I really did love the look of the corseted gowns that I tried on.
