@cre2013:  Unless it seems like it needs to be cleaned I personally wouldn’t bother. I also wouldn’t go to anymore dress appointments. I had a few planned after I found my dress as well and didn’t go because I found several at the first place for a steal and didn’t want to have to deal with any more options. Congratulations!

@cre2013:  I bought my Jessie by Maggie Sottero dress of the rack! I paid $199 + tax and they are still selling the dress for $1400! The store ended up with 2 samples for some reason and I got one hell of a deal!

They did recommend to dry clean it before the wedding day. Lots of people have tried the dress on and even if its in good condition.. it will still have body oils on it.

I am having mine dry cleaned a few months before the wedding after they hem it a little for me.

Id only dry clean it if you needed to and just find a great seamstress

If you’ve found the dress and already made a down payment or bought the dress, cancel the appointments. You will be confused and probably second guess what you’ve already bought.
