Anything white or white with green would look great! I would dare to suggest purple hydrangeas because they match the dress? You could add in some greenery and wrap it with navy ribbon. Anenomes are also gorgeous with the blue centers!

Yay! Best Bridesmaid or Best Man dress ever. Haha, but i’m biased.  So lucky that you’re using the dress in the actual colors they’re shown in.  My first instinct is also whites and greens for that dress color. Maybe you can do a reverse bouquet situation where your BMs have white bouquets, and you have a colored one?

I did use these dresses, but in cobalt blue with the navy blue sash.  I also dreamed of the inverse bouquet color arrangement, but my florist talked me out of it.  My colors were cobalt blue and apple green, with tints of light pink and ivory.  I LOVE the idea of the inverse bouquets for you and really don’t think the white will be too much for your girls.  If you’re concerned, maybe slight touches of color from your colorful bouquet interspersed with the white based Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets?

Here are some photos from my wedding for you to see:

Hope this helps, even a little bit!  I think you’re on the right track, and of course, I love these Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses!  Just a little bit of a warning – it’s not a big deal, but the bow on my sister’s dress popped off one of the threads, so it was a good thing we had sewing kits handy.  Other brides who have used this dress have experienced the same, so just keep a kit handy just in case!

Oh, and I didn’t really aim to make my Maid/Matron of Honor look different – the only distinguishing factor was that her necklace had 3 strands of pearls instead of 2, and you can’t even see it in these photos!  Depends if you want a subtle indicator for your Maid/Matron of Honor – you could do a different colored bouquet wrap for her maybe!

First off just wanted to say what a great choice in your Bridesmaid or Best Man dress.  For my wedding my bridesmaids all picked their own AA style and one selected that dress! It was gorgeous!! I went with the Victorian Lilac. No accent.

As for your bouquet, I would just use purple, or even a bluey purple, whites/Creams/maybe even some greens in your bouquests.  I would incorporate the Navy in accessorries.  Either in the Girls Shoes or maybe jewlerry? or even use the navy in your table accesories. For example, ribbon on your favours, napkins Lastly, I’m sure the guys would be able to find a Navy Tux to work with the accent as well!! The dresses look super cute with the purple/navy accent I would just work with it!!

@pengoala:

Hey! Here’s a pic of the flowers i had the bridesmaids carry. it was just green hydrangea, light pink roses, and fushia “stock.” i didn’t know there was such a thing called stock but the color was perfect. i’m not sure how durable the stock was, by the end it looked a little flimsy, but you can’t beat the color. i had their bouquets wrapped in black to tie in their black sashes. overall wedding colors were violet, black, and green-worked great 🙂

HHere’s a pic of my bouquet also, and the table arrangements if you were wondering about flowers for that.

ii’m in a rush but i’ll post what kind of flowers were in each later!!! hope these pics help!!!

@jkriege2:

Brides Bouquet: magenta hydrangea, light pink roses, majenta stock, green hypericum (the berries), hot princess roses. The florist threw in a couple ?poppies which i am SO in love with! so you might want those too.

Bridesmaids: green hydrangea and magenta stock. Apparently she also added the light pink roses, bc now that i look back at the order that wasn’t in there…heh she apparently went above and beyond.

For the groom he had a hot princess rose with green hypericum (berries) and israili ruscus (green leaf).

Our mothers wore light and hot pink roses with green hypericum (berries) on pretty sparkley wrist corsages.

Our fathers and the groomsmen wore white escimo roses with green hypericum and israili ruscus.

Table arrangements (my sister and i put them together-she was the Maid/Matron of Honor in the black dress): i lost that order but i’m pretty sure we just asked for a bunch of dark purple mums (dahlia’s would be gorgeous too), light pink roses, green hydrangea, and the magenta stock.

Have fun with your planning!!! I think the violet and navy will be beautiful! Please don’t hesitate to ask any more questions.
