I just found out that my future in-laws will be paying for the bouquets! (We were going to try to do silk DIY bouquets to save money) So now I have to start from the beginning with what I want for bouquets and I need your help!
I’m leaning towards this (peonies, garden roses, auswater garden roses, spray kabuki, astilbe):
However my bridesmaids dresses are a sort of coral color so I’m concerned about everything matching. Any suggestions?
I was thinking those colors for me and just the really light pink and white for my bridesmaids. (there will be 3)
Also, I do think yellow flower bouquets would look really nice with the bridesmaid dresses but would yelllow bridesmaids bouquets match with this bridal bouquet?
Here’s a picture of my dress, well just because!!
Anyone have any other suggestions? I’m hoping for something with peonies and/or garden roses.
I want to see yours!

I don’t have my bouquet yet, so I can’t show. However, just wanted to chime in and say I loooooove peonies and garden roses. Nice choices. Good luck on the search!

Your inspiration photo is pretty but a word of caution with silk flowers… it may be hard to find the EXACT shade and the EXACT variety you want. The stuff they sell in stores is pretty limited. I found some nice looking flowers that I honestly think look like the real thing (roses, gardenia, peonies) but you might find specific shades hard to find.

awe! Your dress is lovely and I think it would look AMAZING with the inspiration photo you posted. I love that the flowers in your bouquet would match your BMs gowns and that they would have the same flowers in their bouquet without the coral.
I wouldn’t put yellow in the bouquets if there isn’t yellow anywhere else in the wedding…
is it one of your colors as well?
Its not really relevant but here’s me and my bridal bouquet cuz you asked

@dancingfox: If you do a Google image search for “coral bouquets,” there are tons of results where the bridesmaids are wearing coral dresses and holding yellow bouquets. They don’t have the flowers you mentioned, but I think the color would work really well!

@dancingfox: I asked my mum, who used to be a florist and she says that it’s nice to have a complimentary/contrasting colour of flowers for bridesmaids. Coral and white on coral dresses is going to look a little strange, and your bouquet will stand out more if they’re a mix of pinky corals and the colours of the bridesmaids’ ones. If you like pink and purple together then you should think about including some astilbe in. I personally think a little yellow or blue or something would be nice, and a few flowers of a different colour will really set off your bouquet.

I have NO idea what my flowers are going to look like BUT this is the description from my florist:
a nosegay of ecru and peach peonies and garden roses with light greenery (seeded eucalyptus and lemon leaves).
I too wanted roses & peonies. I knew that peonies wouldn’t be in season but I refused to budge since it was what I wanted. My florist is having them flown in. Just because something isn’t in season doesn’t mean you cannot get them if you are willing to pay for them.
My Bridesmaid or Best Man are wearing coral dresses. Here is the description of my Bridesmaid or Best Man flowers:
smaller nosegays of ecru hydrangea with peach and pale pink garden roses with seeded eucalyptus and lemon leaves
Good luck. I’m sure they’ll be beautiful 🙂
