Try this site.  The crystal bouquet initials are a little expensive if you are buying more than one but its a start.

If I were you, I would just search for crystal initials on etsy. I just did and found a bunch of stuff, but i’m not sure exactly what you are looking for. Do you want the intial made up of little crystals? Or the initial in like a crystal ball?
