I’m not close with my dad, and he’s not walking me down the aisle. I’m planning on having corsages made for my mother and Future Mother-In-Law, but I can’t decide whether or not to have boutonnieres made for the fathers. Would it be weird for the mothers to have flowers, but not the fathers?

Yes, it would be weird.
Every man and woman related to our bridal party had flowers of some sort. I am not close to my sister in law, she had flowers and so did her boyfriend. Both my brothers had flowers and did their dates (Both of whom I did not know.)
If you want things to look “right”, it would be very strange to see some people related to the bridal party with flowers and others with out

I’d give bouts to the fathers. I wouldn’t say it’s weird not to, but people might find it odd, plus the fathers could be hurt. It is a nice way to make people feel included and loved, even if you aren’t close with your father. I think it would be a nice gesture.
