@allierod: Aww that sucks. Um, maybe you can buy the case and sell the extra boxes? Someone is always looking for DIY craft supplies. Or maybe go to a local jeweler and see if they are getting rid of any gift boxes.

I’ve actually seen jewelry gift boxes at Dollar Tree. Maybe you can check somewhere like that.

I have a box full of white ones we didn’t use, that you are welcome to have if they fit. Let me get one and measure …be back in a few minutes.

What I have are 5.25 x 7.25 x 1…looks like they are too small for you. Sorry. 🙁

@allie, mine are an odd size, they fit an invitation that was 8.5×5.25.  I also stuffed them with the craft colored crinkely stuff.  you can see them here

i dont see the color option that i ordered – mine are red, but flat with no texture or pattern on them and white inside.

Unfortunately it looks like you are trying to find a box to fit your invite, and did not plan for your invite to fit the box.  I’ve searched every box supply website I know (and trust me I’ve been doing this for a while for my own needs) and there are no jewelry boxes in kraft that fit your invite.  The largest size length-wise is 8×2 and the only thing that comes close to your invite is 5.5×7.  www.boxandwrap.com sells jewelry boxes in groups of 10, but like I said, nothing will fit the size of your invite.  7×6 is a really odd shape…do have envelopes that came with your invite?

I don’t work for the postoffice or anything, but I am pretty sure you cannot send a gable box in the mail.  Only regular mailing boxes, envelopes, and mailing tubes.  Those papersource boxes are actually mailable.
