Okay, so it’s a little early to be thinking about names since we just found out I was pregnant yesterday, but as a confessed nameaholic, I can’t help myself! For a few months now, we’ve had some girl names at the top of our list, including Vivian, Eve, and Philippa (Pippa for short). Thinking ‘Vivian Gray’ would be a good 1st and 2nd name combo since Gray is a family name.
My question is, what boys names go with those? We’re looking for something classic, elegant, and less popular/trendy. Darling Husband isn’t keen on flowery names (farewell to Julian and Sebastian).
We’ve thought about Felix, Max (Maxwell in the long version), Isaac, and Robert… though I’m not totally sold on any of them.
Any ideas? Middle name would probably be Peter, another family name.

I absolutely love your girl names, and Julian is fantastic. Maybe he’d think Julius was less flowery? Here are names I think meet at least part of your description:
Cassius, David, Samuel, Gregory, Vincent, Reuben, Laurence, Asa, Charles, Simon, Theodore, Alexander

@UK Bride: First of all, Congratulations!!! I like Max and Isacc, but i am not sure “Max Peter” goes. I think “Isaac Peter” sounds good:)

@beeks: Thanks! Theodore might be good…

I know a Vivian, her brother is Gavin! I like that they have Vs in their name – not common but not trendy either.

@Khalessi3: I like Xavier.

Also, I second the name”Theodore”

I agree with the suggestions of Xavier, Theodore, Laurence, and Alexander. The first name I came up with when I read this thread’s title was Edmund or Edward. I think that Gavin sounds too trendy for the sibset vibe you’re shooting for.

I’ve always been partial to Andre, Ashleigh (Ash for short), and Jean Luc.
