he could download it from an old email, if the urge to look at them struck one day. but he’d have to consciously transfer them, and either way he’s lying. he must’ve taken a LOT of photos through out all his phones, so why only those photos would come with (if that’s even the correct story)? he’s either covering up that he downloaded them to look at, or he’s covering up that he’s actually cheating… I’m more likely to believe the former, but you know him better than us!

Yeah, I don’t buy his story. BUT… I will say this. I had pics of my ex, just everyday normal pics, nothing racey. I could not for the life of me figure out how to delete them off my phone. I deleted everything off my phone, even factory reset it. They still appeared. It took me forever to remember that they were in my Picasa account which was linked to my gmail account, which you are required to have a gmail account to run any apps on an android. Unsynced and deleted my picasa albums, voila! Problem solved.
So that kind of thing is possible, but seems a little unlikely based on his excuse.

OP, what did you catch him lying about before?

@jubial: Can you right click and look at the properties part of the photos? Does it say when they were downloaded/taken?
Either way, if he has you, does he really need those?
My FH had a naked girl calendar in his garage I told him it was vulgar and pasted pics of my face over all the boobs and butts and faces (it now looks ridiculous).
But back on topic, Good luck! All you need to know is the truth & I hope you get it & everything works out for you!

@KellyLouise: Best thing I’ve read in ages!
@jubial: Go with your gut, it’s very rarely wrrong.

@jubial: I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have to say it sounds pretty sketchy and based on one of your previous posts, I don’t blame you for feeling suspicious. :((( Stay strong!
