Regardless of if he is drunk or not that could have been a seriously dangerous situation..

Holy ****. I would get out now and stay at my mother’s for a night or two.

What did he do afterward?  That is not a good situation no matter the context… I would have a talk with him when he’s sober.  That is a huge overreaction to an accident.  For now, maybe go sleep in a different room.

I agree that I would leave for the night.not to make light of the situation but it was probably a mix of pain and alcohol..sorry that he scared you.

I think it’s time to really consider and look at your situation. I am sorry you had to go through that. It doesn’t matter how mad you are you don’t threaten bodily harm.

Get out of there; make sure you’re safe and then re-evaluate… is this something you want to deal with possibly happening again?

I would have either kicked him out or left him immediately.  I sincerely hope all is well and you are in no danger.  Please care for yourself.

My only concern about OP leaving or kicking him out is that she said they’d been drinking..?  Don’t drive if you’ve been drinking!  Call a cab or a friend!

What kellmerr said. I hope you’re ok. I’m not sure how this could turn into something that you’re brushing aside. Just hope you’re ok!
