My suggestion is to start with small changes. While having motivation is nice (such as more oral sex), it’s not going to be what really changes your mindset and lifestyle. External motivation just changes outward behavior, not thought process.
I’d set some large goals, then sub-goals under them that will contribute towards the main goal.
I cant stress enough that you need to START SMALL. Don’t all of a sudden start eating carb free and running yourself to the gym at 5 am. Cut a couple things out of your diet. Get used to it. Slowly reduce your portion size. Go to the gym every two days. Then gradually increase when you go. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying don’t challenge yourself, but don’t let the challenge become so overwhelming that it discourages you and causes you to give up.
A healthy lifestyle isn’t a sprint, it’s a life-long marathon you can win if you pace yourself.
