If we decide to have children, I would love either, but I think I could handle boys better. With everything in today’s society I worry about a girl having low self esteem.

More girls. He dreams of having the daddy’s little girl relationship; but he wants at least 1 boy. I want mostly girls, but would love at least 1 boy. (I want 4 kiddos).

    We don’t have any preferences.

We also want one of each.

That said, I would much prefer them BOTH be girls than BOTH be boys.  I want at least one girl.  FI wants at least one boy.

We both are pretty sure we’ll want one more after this one and since we’re having a girl in July, we don’t care if the next one is a boy or a girl.  We both just wanted at least one girl.  We wouldn’t mind having a boy next to have one of each but both of us right now can only picture having girls.

We’d like one of each but frankly, I just want healthy babies πŸ™‚

I’d like to have some of each, but thats not really essential.  DH is one of 4 boys, so who knows!

You should add an option: It doesn’t matter as long as they are the same. I have a friend who wants either 2 girls or 2 boys – doesn’t care which πŸ™‚

We only plan to have one child (if I have anything to say about it). I’m team girl and Darling Husband is team boy. I guess we’ll see how it pans out. If we do end up with more than one kid (two being the ABSOLUTE max), one of each would be nice but it really wouldn’t matter either way. As long as they’re healthy, that’s all that’s important.

When it comes down to it, we really don’t care either way as long as it’s a healthy baby.

    BUT

If I could choose, I would love a whole handful of little boys.  I think they are the cutest things EVER!  Just thinking about a mini Darling Husband makes me ridiculously happy.

On the other hand, DH’s vote would be for more girls than boys.  He often jokes that we will have only girls since he came from an all-boy family.
