Hi! We left the walls a neutral beige color due to the fact we are in a townhome. But we decorated the nursery in green & brown. Check out Carters Green Elephant…We have the bedding, clothes hamper, diaper stacker, and mobile.

We have the Black Davinci Crib and a Black changing table.  LOVE it!! Smile

Since you painted the Delicate mist, I would check out the Carters blue elephant…It would look so cute!!

We’re leaving the walls alone for the same reason as pp.. but are doing the room in red, grey, & white w/ a yellow accent piece. We’re team green & baby will be sharing the room with my 7 y/o DS so this color scheme works for both.

Here’s my pinterest inspiration board w/ pics I found

And my final board I made (this includes the possibility of girl accents but only if lo is of course a girl… if not we’ll probably go more superhero)

Darling Husband just finished painting the nursery Benjamin Moore’s Lake Placid.  It’s a really nice icey blue color.  We did the latice pattern on one wall that we stole directly from my internet inspiration picture in the top left of my inspiration board.  I can’t wait until he gets the floors in and we can put this whole thing together.  We have monkey’s on the bedding, but I’m not really going for an all out monkey theme.    I’m not really all about the rainbow explosion that is most baby gear.

We went with Sherwin Williams’ Uncertain Gray. We were trying to find a nice blue-gray that wasn’t too blue or too dark, but it was pretty difficult. I probably spent $50 just on different samples from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin before settling on Uncertain Gray. It was the closest to what I had in mind.

My friend didnt know what she was having, so instead of doing “yellow” she did a light green! Which I really want to do for my nursery colour. It looked so cute.

@Running Elley:  LOL, thanks although it is the one thing we didn’t do ourselves πŸ™‚ We rent our apartment and our landlord actually puts effort into her apartments in terms of light fixtures, doors, appliances etc πŸ™‚

@zippylef:  OMGosh I LOVE that!

I wish DS was still all about the boy stuff….. I had SO much trouble finding stuff that would work for him too. I was SO glad when he said he liked the grey & red comforter! lol

@Sunchick19:  The room is gorgeous! Love it!!! I almost went with a nautical theme, but am leaning a bit towards bright green/blues. But every time I see a room like yours, it brings me back! LOL!

@Sunchick19:  Bahahaha I didn’t even notice that it was in the first picture too πŸ™‚ I’m so fixated on all of the Pinterest pictures of nurseries with chandeliers! I really do love the whole room and how those colors in particular go together πŸ˜‰
