NOT Victoria’s Secret. I used to work there and we never stocked anything larger than a 36C, and that was rare, plus they run small anyways. The quality is alright, though, if you can find one online.

I wore a longline I got at from Kohls to a formal with a strapless dress and it worked really well. It was on sale for $35, regularly $50, but Kohls was the only place that carried my size (34DD) or any sizes past a medium-C for that matter. Otherwise I would suggest any department store, like Macy’s.

I would look for a small boutique that specializes in bras. I have two within ten minutes of my house. The one is really well-known and I bought my long line from them a few years ago when I stood up in my MOH’s wedding. Either that, or I second the department store.

I would definitely at least try Victoria’s Secret. I CURRENTLY work for them and we DO carry bigger that a 36C. The strapless bras go to a 40Dirty Delete.

I agree that trying a small boutique would be good, although bound to be the most expensive choice. You might also try some online stores that carry vintage inspired undergarments. They are super support and get custom-made to your measurements.

zippylef: It’s not that I know Vicky’s doesn’t CARRY strapless/longline past a 36C, it’s just that they never stock them. They would send us lots of A’s and B’s, maybe a couple C’s and MAYBE one D. I agree if you can find one at Vicky’s go for it…but you might have to call around to see who actually has stock in the size you need.
