My V-back dress lacks the structure needed to sew in cups, according to my seamstress, so I am looking for a bra.
I’m a 32Dirty Delete so I can’t easily use the sticky bras. I need the support.
I have been googling and it seems like there are two options
1. Convertible bra
2. Longline bra
What would you pick?

Longline for sure…. I think that strap around your belly button on the convertible one would be SO uncomfortable, and what if it gave you a little roll in front!?!?! I ordered the longline that you have linked but didnt like it. I am going with the VaBien6363 convertible plunge backless underwire bustier instead but I don’t know if the lace would show (I’m a 32Dirty Delete and needed a 34D). Good luck! and Great dress!

For me, straps = more support, so i’d choose convertible, if it’s low enough in the back.

I voted convertible bra. At 32dd you need support, and the shoulder straps will help. You can also adjust the position of the straps so that nothing slips out.

Convertible gets my vote, there’s more support.

I have a longline bra that I wore to try on all my wedding dresses and I found that I developed a “shelf” after a few hours of wearing it. My stomach would stick out at the bottom to try and help support the bra but the top half would be held in by the bra and so I would have a half bump on my stomach. And I’m not someone who has ever had stomach showing problems so I don’t reccomend it. Oh and I’m a big bust girl too, 34D.
Anyways I bought a backless dress like yours and I found the best corset hidden support system at Kleinfelds. I originally found it on Pinterest and I have the link somewhere…. http://www.kleinfeldbridal.com/blog.cfm?postid=1094&posttitle=Red-Carpet-Corsetry I got the carmen. I know Kleinfelds is kind of pricy but I didn’t want you to give up on finding something that actually works, the support is out there!
Hope it helps!

@BarelyBridal: how can I buy this carmen bra? I looked up the bra with the link you provided, but can it be purchased online or can I call the store to get one? I love no where close to NYC!!
