i have small wrists too and i found a lot of bracelets just hung too much on me. so instead i opted for a thicker bracelet that i could either snap on or mold to my wrist size. it didn’t dangle or look too big. this is what i wore:

I ended up making my own with a brooch I found on ebay and beads I cut from a necklace from TJ Maxx.  Or Michaels has a lot of pearlish beads.

If you have seriously little wrists, shop in the kids jewelry section 🙂

I have little wrists too! SO annoying with all the pretty bracelets out there! Etsy sellers will usually make a bracelet however long you want it, so that’s an option! Or anything that has a chain or links in it can be shortened really easily (I did that with a Brighton bracelet once).
