The circles are just paper punched out in circles, so you could buy a couple of little circle paper punchers, or buy a specialty paper cutter that cuts in circles. You can likely find the little circle punchers for a good price in the cheapy bin at Michael’s (the small ones always seem to be on sale). So you’d layer the two size of circles one over the other and attach it via an eyelet and your crop-a-dile. The ribbon looks like it’s attached behind the circles, but not punched through the eyelet. You could use double sided tape or glue dots to attach it easily. Just attach ONE side of the ribbon close to the eyelet though, and then cross the other over it. I think it’s the tightness of the circles/eyelet holding the ribbon in place for the most part. I hope that makes sense!

I thought the ribbon was looped behind the circles and around the eyelet and not glued. But I totally think either way will work.

@bakerella: I second this! lol

And I’m glad I saw this…might be stealing it for my pocketfolds!

@lox: I think I would still glue on one side of the ribbon because I don’t like the idea of it just falling off when someone opens it, and then fighting to figure out how to re-attach it to close it up. You’re right though, looping makes sense, duh!

@bakerella: That’s some good logic. I have come to the light and recommend at least a little glue. Tiny glue dots would be perfect for this! 🙂
