What is your little one up to these days?
Addie recently learned how to use the potty all by herself! Even though she’s been potty trained for 6 months, up until now we’ve had to help her with her clothes, or getting up to wash her hands. In the last week, she’s suddenly been able to do it all by herself!
Henri used the jumperoo for the very first time this week! He has such strong legs, and absolutely loved jumping. He had a big smile on his face and kept giggling the whole time. 🙂

One of my favorite things to do!
Leah is four and is blowing me away everyday. We went to a pool party yesterday and she excitedly jumped in the water. I love that she is comfortable with who she is an doesn’t feel the desire to hide that she is an amputee. She pulled leggie off and in the water she went. She is a confident and sweet girl who knows who she is and what she wants. I love it.
Anna is six and is doing fantastic at Irish step dance lessons. Her instructor told us she will be ready for her first competition in September. She started in March! She is such a smart girl who picks up on everything so quickly. She is SUCH a first born, responsible and willing to do the work to get results. She is amazing.
Here is a picture of them getting ready for a recent violin concert. I am a very proud mommy, can you tell?

My youngest daughter is 10 months old and has started to walk (8 steps is her record). She can accurately say da-da and ask for her ba-ba. She also gives high 5’s. My older daughter turns 9 next week. She just “bridged” to Junior Girl Scouts from Brownies and she takes trumpet lessons (and she is pretty good!) The two of them adore each other which melts my heart!

eeniebeans aww my Baby is also 10 months old…. My baby has taken a few steps but not walking yet, i definitely want her to start walking by her 1st birthday. She makes funny faces and now making funny voices…she starting to do that thing i always hated that kids do, where they cry and throw themselves back like stretching back and yell.

Little Brother just turned 8 months old and he has started to pull himself up on furniture, he will walk now as long as you help him, he has 6 teeth, is learning how to use the sippy cup, eats adult food, and can figure out how to open the cabinet where the xbox is, turn it off and close the cabinet again. I can’t get over how strong he is and has been. It has been a fun road 🙂
Big Brother is going into high school next year. He has been having issues academically due to his ADHD, but we tried meds this past year and his grades are better than they have been in years. I am so proud of him and can’t wait to see what the next few years bring.

Well, if I MUST! 🙂
Jelly Belly is the funniest little thing. So smart, too! She can count, she loves Elmo, and she shows such empathy. When anyone is sad or crying, she goes over and lays her little head on his or her lap and strokes their hand. Or she’ll rub their back. It’s so cute! She also is a little fashionista. She walks around clothing stores, grabbing random clothes and saying “It’s cuuuuute! It’s cuuuute!” She loves counting and knows how to count to five. She cleans up after herself so well and takes pride in putting her toys away and having clean hands. She is just the biggest ball of joy. I love her little enthusiasm 🙂
And here she is!

My non-traditional LO. 🙂 I love this little lady so much. She has been using her litter box again after our other cat passed away. She refused to use the box for a couple of weeks, so I had to retrain her all over again. Lots of patience, treats, and potty pads in between…. I’m so proud of her progress. This is Fido.

In the case of a slain mouse, local cat declines to comment. Instead, we were referred to her attorney.
