@Atalanta:  I couldn’t leave the house without wearing a bra, but I don’t bother if I’m just lazing around at home!

These ‘studies’ never consider fit! I imagine wearing the wrong size bra does cause sag. As a 28GG who was until recently wearing a 34DD I really appreciate the perfect fit. And my boobs have become a much better shape when they aren’t being squished down! Honestly if you want to rip your bra off then its probably the wrong size!

@MrsS_2b_2014:  I always wondered that too. I was wearing an incorrectly sized bra for a couple years before I was sized and that whole time I always had to take it off as soon as their was an opportunity to. It was SO uncomfortable that I would be distracted by my discomfort. Now that I’m wearing the right size? It’s barely a second thought. I could wear it from th emoment I woke till the moment I went to bed and not even notice because it’s so comfortable. I know it probably doesn’t apply to every case but I do wonder if it’s the issue with some.

That being said, I’m only a 32C and I always wear a bra. Until something definitive comes out that says otherwise, I’m still wearing it. These “studies” seem to be little more than speculation.

I have slightly-below-average boobs but could never go out in public sans-bra unless i had a big jacket on over my shirt (in which case you could never tell). I live in fear of ‘stipples’. Even if it’s a reaction to cold or fabric, I don’t want anyone thinking I’m turned on or something =

@Atalanta:  Yay! I’m pretty chesty so I need a bra for the support, especially now I’m pregnant. If I go braless and try to run/walk/do anything then I jiggle everywhere. Jiggling is never a flattering activity. Plus my nipples chafe against the fabric and it’s really painful.

And honestly…I don’t care if it means my boobs get saggier faster. As I age they’re going to sag anyway so who gives a shit?
