My doctor told me at my 30 week appointment that I was contracting, but I didn’t feel any of them.  I felt my first ones at 37 weeks, and the last couple weeks of pregnancy, I felt them daily.  It wasn’t painful, just annoying.  At least three or four times they were even timeable at 7-5 minutes apart, and I called the hosptial to find out if I should come in or not.  It was super frustrating.

I started getting them off and on at 28 weeks.  Not painful, just the tightening.  This past Sunday I was getting them every five-ten minutes all day long.  I’m only 32 weeks, so my midwife had me come in to get checked.  Not fun… had to get a shot to stop them!

Umm, so bee here who hasn’t even started TTC yet but I have heard of Braxton hicks but don’t know what it is.  I thought it was a breathing technique. haha. Yeah I have a lot to learn!

I started getting them around 26 weeks or so but they were only mildly uncomfortable and Doc said not to worry as long as they eventually went away. I had them for a few hours a night for about a week then didn’t feel them for a week or two and today have started feeling them again- this time they’re much more uncomfortable than last…
