I would like it!  What about also like a bar with waffles, pancakes, and french toast with different toppings too?  You could do things like chocolate chips, different syrups, bananas, cinnamon apples, etc.  If you’re doing cocktails too, definitely do mimosas. I think it’d be a delicious change!

I think its a wonderful idea. My FH loves breakfast foods too and I think it would be awesome. And since most people now adays dont get breakfast foods due to busy mornings outsideof a bowl of cereal or bagel it would be something they possibly haven’t had in awhile.

I would love it! I’m kind of mad I didn’t think of this myself. It may also be cheaper than a traditional sit down dinner or buffet, too.

I would do this in a flash. Maybe add in a couple of quiches or a breakfast strata or something if you or anyone else is worried that the food will be too “light”?

If you must do this, I think it is only fair to give your guests a heads-up. Most people will be expecting dinner, not breakfast dishes and likely would plan the previous meals that day with that in mind.

I’m all about it. To me, breakfast is the ultimate meal. There is no breakfast food that isn’t both awesome and delicious. It’s also a personal and unique way to add a specialized touch to your wedding.

I love breakfast for dinner. I think it’s stinking fantastic. Just make sure that you offer plenty of heavier choices like waffles or french toast. I know your a vegetarian, but I hope there will be bacon for your guests lol

I love breakfast for dinner and so does Darling Husband so we would be all over that… 🙂

I would also have coffee, a variety of creamers, tea, and a few juice options in addition to the food.  What are you thinking for cake and/or dessert?  You could do a coffee cake or cinnamon rolls?  Breakfast cake is delicious!!
