@Bainise2013:  oh no!  I’m not sure what you can do without pimple cream.  I’m breaking out too and have been using a gel.  I hope it works!

oh no! Yikes how annoying! Don’t pick or try you pop .  You can try calling a dermatologist state your emergency , perhaps they can bring you in for injection .  Other than that i would use pimple cream or better, isopropyl alcohol dab onto the pimple twice a day . They can civer up the faded areas of your tan with foundation. Good luck. !

Every night from now until the wedding, put a fresh towel or T-shirt over your pillow. I’m not sure if it will clear up what’s already there, but at the very least it should help prevent more from appearing.

I think applying witch hazel helps, and you shouldn’t have to rub it off because it should evaporate/absorb by itself. If you can get aspirin (must be aspirin, nothing else) in liquid gel form, you can dab on some of the liquid and that may also help. But don’t do both of these at once.

Other than that… you’d be shocked at what they can do with makeup. Just check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFJxpOZcMKA

And drink LOTS of water!

Keep a little thing of foundation to freshen up as needed and you’ll do just fine. Good luck!

Dermatologist for steriod injection- pronto. I very rarely, but sometimes get one of those deep painful monsters. Oh god, injection = instant relief. I’ve also heard good things about Zeno, some kind of little device you can buy at walmart or target, it supposed to work really well. Good luck!

Is it possible that the spray tan caused the breakout? That’s my first thought. If you use medicated treatment and it wears off a bit of your tan, be sure to get a good facial concealer that matches the color of the tan, to even it out.

And do not pick- scabs are harder to cover!

My favorite treatments are Renee Rouleau anti-cyst treatment (incredible- google it to purchase on her website- or if in TX, visit her spa…). It works FAST and clears up cystic spots in the same way a cortisone injection does.

Also check out Kate Somerville EradiKate (Sephora)- main active ingredient is sulfur- for night treatment. Works really well.

Drink lots of water in the meantime, and get your rest. πŸ™‚
