Oh no.  I hope that your sister doesn’t take this girl’s side over yours forever!  You are family!  Good for you for getting rid of the girl though!

I just read your op. It sounds like taking a break is in order… hopefully (maybe?) she’ll come around someday. But at the same time it’s not like you can just wait around for her to pull her head out of her ass. It’s too bad that she’s moving in with your sister though, won’t that just cause more drama? Yuck, I hope it all works out!

Oh wow, just read that…

If she has been “ignoring” you for this long, it shouldn’t hurt her much when you completely strike her from your life.  I can’t believe she told you she doesn’t support your wedding, then asked how it was going??  Ugh.  Glad to see you decided to cut her out.

Can I make a gentle suggestion?

Dial down the drama. You don’t want to talk to this girl, fine. You are an adult, you can do whatever you want. But don’t make other people do things because of this. Go see your sister. Hang out at her house. By saying you won’t even be in the building with this girl, you are perpetuating the drama.

Is she planning on never leaving the house? There must be a time when she won’t be there, and your sister will. Go visit then.

My point is that you can’t change the hurt that has already happened. But you can make choices to try to lessen the drama of it all.

I agree, I wouldn’t go visit my brother if he lived with a guy who said he doesn’t approve of my Fiance.  And I would think that your sister would understand that concept!
