I have to post my story for anyone that may be looking for a bridal salon in the MA, RI area.
There just aren’t enough stars to describe my experience at Bridal and Gift. A few months ago I went into bridal and gift (and yes ladies it is cramped but just stick with it its worth it! and ALOT of stores are this way). I ordered a beautiful gown with the help of Francia. The dress came in and I went in today to pick it up. Trying it on, we hit a wall. The dress in my size did not flatter me at all. I had a drastic weight loss and the dress hit on all the wrong points and didn’t flatter my great points well. Panic set in as well as disappointment. Francia listened to me and understood my concern, she called up the maanger of the salon Linda who came in and also listened to my story and agreeded that the dress had a snag. Linda then said to me “I just want you to feel beautiful on your wedding day” which was exactly what I needed to hear. She agreed to credit the dress and allow me to look for a new gown. Linda and Francia then brought in the most beautiful dress ever. It truely is my dream dress. I ordered it and now can not wait for it to come in. They saved my confidence, my wallet, and most of all honestly made my dream of being a beautiful bride come true.

I got my gown there too. Had a great experience shopping for and buying it, but I have run into some issues since then. Overall they are really great though, I agree!
If you get your alterations done through them you’ll love Jean. I’ve only met her once, but she’s fabulous!

I got my dress there! I love that place, my dress was discontinued a week before I went shopping so they handed me this jar with different papers in it, I pulled out 50% and got the dress half off! Francia helped me too and I LOVED her! I can’t stand that people shit all over it because it’s smaller and not as huge and modern like big name stores. Love, love, love them! My mom and many family members have bought bridal, MOB, MOG and bridesmaids dresses there and we will continue to! I had one MINOR issue and honestly didn’t even bother teling the shop, when I picked up my dress, hoop and veil I checked everything over but when I got home I removed the hoop from the bag and it was a 3x. WAY too big for me but the drawstring is adjustable so it can work without issue.
I can’t speak on the alterations end as I’ve recently moved 60-90 minutes from there so I picked my dress up to get alterations locally.

This place is definitely worth the trip! I went to a salon in Southboro that was all hyped up because it was apparently really modern, spacious, elegant, etc….and I hated the customer service. Within the first 5 minutes of being at this shop in Attleboro I knew this was the place where I’d find my gown. I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to see my dress when it arrives in December. Sure it might be a bit cramped in there, but I think it adds to the charm of it being a family owned business.
